We have been using Knott Home (now Mighty Clean) for regular cleaning since the company was first started. During this time we have asked for the day of service and the frequency to be changed to suit our needs. This has never been a problem for the team, who’ve responded promptly to any requests. We’ve also had different staff members over this time, and when a cleaner comes to our home who has not been there before they are always accompanied by someone who has and are inducted professionally. I appreciate the care shown for our home, and also the great communication & friendliness from the whole team.
